  1. If you have a previous version of the software installed, uninstall it using this guide from our support section:

  2. Get the new software installer from our support section downloads page.

  3. Install the software by running the package. Please leave all the settings to default, it will standardize your install and will make technical support assistance easier.<\/li>\n
