Issue<\/h2>\n

The backup agent interface hangs upon startup. Eventually (after up to 2 hours) the main console will load.<\/p>\n

Cause<\/h2>\n

This behaviour can be caused by inaccessible network paths (UNC paths) in the backup source config.<\/p>\n

Resolution<\/h2>\n

  1. Remove the inaccessible backup sources<\/li>\n
