The most common causes are filesystem corruption due to <a href=\"http:\/\/support.cybersecure.com\/?p=1561\">underlying hardware issues<\/a>, most likely disk or storage problems.<\/p>\n<h2>Resolution<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Check the event viewer for hardware problems.<\/li>\n<li>Check the RAID or storage array health.<\/li>\n<li>Replace any faulty hardware.<\/li>\n<li>Run a chkdsk only once the hardware has been confirmed healthy.
