Without this, the data will be unreadable.<\/li>\n<li>Your username.<\/li>\n<li>A functioning internet connection to download data over.<\/li>\n<li>A computer ready to perform the recovery onto.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Restore data from the CyberSecure Agent<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>First, ensure that you have the CyberSecure Standard agent software installed. The software can be downloaded from the <a title=\"Software download links\" href=\"http:\/\/support.cybersecure.com\/?p=301\">CyberSecure support website<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Open the CyberSecure Standard software by right-clicking the system tray icon and choosing &#8220;Open&#8221;<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/support.cybersecure.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/open-cybersecure.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-27\" style=\"margin: 20px 30px;\" title=\"open-cybersecure\" src=\"http:\/\/support.cybersecure.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/open-cybersecure.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"243\" height=\"250\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>If this is a new installation, the first dialog screen displayed will be to register a trial user. Entire folder hierarchies can be restored by selecting their top-level folder, which will automatically select all the folders underneath.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/support.cybersecure.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/adv-restore-select-files.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-65\" style=\"margin: 20px;\" title=\"adv-restore-select-files\" src=\"http:\/\/support.cybersecure.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/adv-restore-select-files-300x275.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"275\" srcset=\"http:\/\/support.cybersecure.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/adv-restore-select-files-300x275.png 300w, http:\/\/support.cybersecure.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/adv-restore-select-files.png 700w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong> <strong>Note<\/strong> also the \u201cRestore files to\u201d option, which allows the recovery of files to the original or an alternate location.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Click &#8220;Start Restore&#8221;.<br \/>\nThe restore will download &amp; decrypt the necessary data from the CyberSecure backup servers.
