One strategy many resellers have is to use a central email address for client’s backup reports, eg: backups@yourcompany.domain<\/p>\n

  1. Create two folders under a suitable “backups” folder, eg:\n
      \n
    1. Problem reports (missed, failed or backups with warnings)<\/li>\n
    2. Successful reports<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Then, setup your email server with the following two rules:<\/p>\n

      1. This rule will move mail into the “Problem reports” folder:<\/strong>\n
          \n
        1. Sender is from @cybersecure.com.au<\/li>\n
        2. Subject does not<\/strong> contain “Backup Report [Successful]”<\/li>\n
        3. Don’t process other filters once this rule has been evaluated<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        4. This rule will move mail into “Successful reports”:<\/strong>\n
            \n
          1. Sender is from @cybersecure.com.au<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
              \n
            1. Subject contains<\/strong> “Backup Report [Successful]”<\/li>\n
            2. Don’t process other filters once this rule has been evaluated<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
