Normally the identities are located under:<br \/>\n<strong>\/Users\/username\/Documents\/Microsoft User Data\/Office 2011 Identities<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Consider moving this folder to a backup location, in case the original identities are needed<\/li>\n<li>Open CyberSecure<\/li>\n<li>Restore the identity location from the backup (follow our <a title=\"Recovering files (advanced edition)\" href=\"http:\/\/support.cybersecure.com\/?p=61\">restore guide<\/a> for more detailed information about restoring data)<\/li>\n<li>Choose &#8220;Original location&#8221; to restore the outlook identity back to the computer<\/li>\n<li>Once the restore has completed, close down CyberSecure<\/li>\n<li>Using the spotlight search, run the &#8220;Microsoft Database Utility&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Click the correct identity<\/li>\n<li>Click the &#8220;cog&#8221; icon and choose &#8220;Set as default&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Close the utility<\/li>\n<li>Run Microsoft Outlook<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>If outlook fails to load your email store correctly, run the database utility again and choose &#8220;Rebuild&#8221; &#8211; this will rebuild and reindex your store and should allow you to correctly view all your email items<\/li>\n<li>See the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.officeformachelp.com\/outlook\/troubleshoot\/\">officeformachelp.com website<\/a> for further troubleshooting.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ensure you have a current backup of the desired outlook identity.
