  1. Run services.msc<\/li>\n
  2. Locate the service named:\n

        “StorageCraft ImageManager”<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Right click and choose “restart”.<\/li>\n
      2. Wait a few seconds and refresh the list (using the F5 key, or via the view menu) to ensure it’s started again.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Further troubleshooting<\/h2>\n

        On occasion the ImageManger.exe process will be blocked and needs to be killed in order for the service to correctly stop and start.<\/p>\n
