Cause<\/h2>\n

The domain account used to take the backup:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Does not have an exchange mailbox
    \nOR<\/li>\n
  2. Does not have the required permissions on the exchange mailboxes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Resolution<\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. Make sure the account has an active exchange mailbox<\/li>\n
    2. Close down CyberSecure Advanced<\/li>\n
    3. Ensure that the domain account is a member of the following groups:\n
        \n
      1. Domain Administrators<\/li>\n
      2. Exchange Servers<\/li>\n
      3. Exchange Windows Permissions<\/li>\n
      4. Exchange All Hosted Organisations<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      5. Grant full privileges to the exchange mailboxes using the following exchange management shell command (substitute $DomainAccount for the actual domain account user name):\n

        1. Get-Mailbox | Add-MailboxPermission -User \u201c$DomainAccount\u201d -AccessRights FullAccess<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        2. Restart the “Microsoft Information Store” Service<\/li>\n
        3. Log off and log back on again<\/li>\n
        4. Run RunOBC32.bat<\/li>\n
