Please follow these steps:
- If you have a previous version of the software installed, uninstall it using this guide from our support section:
- Get the new software installer from our support section downloads page.
- Install the software by running the package. Please leave all the settings to default, it will standardize your install and will make technical support assistance easier.
- Perform any necessary seeding (call our technical support hotline if unsure)
- Backups should now be able to run without issue
